Al-Marsad newspaper: Al-Marsad learned that the criminal court in Buraidah issued a court ruling to punish a poet by imprisonment for filing a malicious lawsuit against a Snapchat celebrity.
According to “Information”, the competent authorities have placed the poet in prison to carry out the sentence issued against him.
The “information” stated that the poet had filed a lawsuit against the famous “Snapchat” W., accusing him of lying, fraud, and causing him moral damage to tarnish his reputation.
According to the “Information”, the poet filed a lawsuit after a dispute occurred between him and the defendant due to being close to a businessman.
The court ruled that the lawsuit was invalid after it was proven that it was a malicious lawsuit, and issued a decision against the poet, punishing him with imprisonment.
