details, the authenticity of which cannot be doubted

“Proshki” will definitely differ in battery capacity and charging speed

It is already clear that Xiaomi will part with the update of the Redmi Note series. Upgrades will not be large-scale, but such as to justify the frequent release of new versions of devices. In pursuit of world leadership, Xiaomi needs high sales, and they want to achieve them by releasing a large number of new products. Next in line is the Redmi Note 12 family.

There is a chance that the new line may be presented already in May-June and it will include at least three models: Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro and Redmi Note 12 Pro+. It seems that the last two of these devices have already been sent for certification to one of the Chinese regulatory agencies.

This made it possible to find out that Redmi Note 12 Pro with model number 22041216C will be enclosed in a case with dimensions of 163.64×74.29×8.8 mm and a 4980 mAh battery (typical value 5000 mAh) will be installed inside it. The screen diagonal will be 6.6 inches.

As for the Redmi Note 12 Pro +, which was assigned the index 22041216UC, it will differ from the “regular firmware” only in a 4300 mAh battery. Dimensions and display will be the same. Apparently, they will try to compensate for the reduced capacity of the power source with more powerful fast charging. Presumably, its power will be 120 watts, but the company may aim at 150 watts.
