Job description:
MAIN MISSIONS
Reporting to the General Director, the development and diversification manager will have the following missions:
■ Coordination of the different stages of the project: study, preparation of the file, search for tenants, negotiation and signing of leases;
■ Drafting specifications;
■ Supervision of reliability studies (technical, financial, administrative, etc.)
■ Carrying out commercial and marketing studies;
■ Preparing operating account and CAPEX forecasts
■ The relationship with developers, owners and tenants.
Qualification :
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATION
Higher education bac+4/5 in commerce/marketing or real estate
Autonomous, creative, proactive and rigorous
Very good interpersonal skills
Very good oral and written expression
Mastery of DTP software and Pack Office
Passionate about sport and good knowledge of football and padel
