DIE WOHNKOMPANIE starts the first housing project in Lower Austria

With the groundbreaking, DIE WOHNKOMPANIE celebrated the first milestone for the modern residential project PUR WOHNEN in Purkersdorf/Lower Austria.

Wien/Purkersdorf (OTS) – At Grillparzergasse 32, 22 privately financed condominiums are being built, which are characterized by sustainable project development and high-quality furnishings.

With the groundbreaking, the PUR LIVING project begins the first construction phase. 22 high-quality, privately financed condominiums are being built at Grillparzergasse 32 in Purkersdorf. The 2 to 5-room apartments have spacious living areas with balconies or private gardens with terraces. For DIE WOHNKOMPANIE it is the first step into the federal states.

The two components of the project PURE LIVING represent a transition between the northern single-family house development and the residential complexes in the south and react to the existing situation with an appropriate distribution of building masses in a small and harmonious way. Parking spaces for 32 cars and 1 motorcycle are provided in the associated underground car park.

Both houses are heated and cooled economically by air heat pump technology on the roof over the floor. Electricity is generated by a photovoltaic system. “Through our clear focus on sustainability, we create a long-term increase in the value of our properties,” says Roland Pichler, Managing Director of DIE WOHNKOMPANIE. “With PUR WOHNEN we meet all points of the EU taxonomy and also have the project certified by BauXund.”

Together with Stefan Steinbichler (Mayor of Purkersdorf), Werner Pfeil (Pfeil Architekten ZT GmbH), Simon Wedl (Pabst Gesellschaft mbH), Roland Pichler (DIE WOHNKOMPANIE) and Sybille Sierlinger (DIE WOHNKOMPANIE), the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction project took place on July 6th, 2023 . This was followed by a small get-together with rolls and sparkling wine. The condominiums are sold commission-free by the brokers at DIE WOHNKOMPANIE.
