Vincent Backeljau, fifth and sixth primary school teacher at the Institut de l’Annonciation in the Brussels commune of Schaerbeek, was the guest of La Première this Monday morning. This teacher is also a digital referent within his school and creator of the site master-robot.be.

In our school, we do not have a computer room, probably to avoid doing courses with the rather old term, computer courses, but because we rather want to integrate it into classroom uses.he explains. In terms of equipment, we are not at all excessive. We have two laptops per class, but this starts from third primary school. We have a few tablets, but it’s also around four or five per class. And in the younger classes, we don’t specifically have material, but we borrow it from other classes when it’s necessary and in small doses and in a thoughtful way.
