Registered at the Bar in France as a lawyer at the Paris Court of Appeal, he constantly travels to Senegal and Africa. In May 2009, he was called as Secretary General of the Ministry of International Cooperation, Air Transport, Infrastructure and Energy of the Republic of Senegal. In May 2011, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the airline Senegal Airlines as representative of the supervisory ministry.
