On the 86th day of conflict in Ukraine, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Russian troops had “completely destroyed” the Donbass region, located in the east of the invaded country.
Volodymyr Zelensky also accuses Russia of carrying out “senseless bombings” and stepping up its attack. “In the Donbass, the occupiers are trying to exert even more pressure. It’s hell there – and that’s not an exaggeration”he said in a video address published this Thursday, May 19 in the evening.
