Director Ahmed Al-Badri passed away a short while ago following suffering a health crisis that led to the amputation of his foot.
The news of the death was announced by the writer Walid Youssef, through his personal account on Facebook, where he wrote a post in which he said, “Survival and permanence belong to God, the passing of director Ahmed Al-Badri.”
Director Ahmed El-Badry’s latest work was the movie “The Bag”, starring Bayoumi Fouad, Sherif Desouky, and Sherine, written by Tamer Abdel Moneim, and directed by Ahmed El-Badry.
The late director presented a large number of cinematic works, including: “Omar and Salma 2, and I am not with them, and my beloved is sleeping, full of descriptions, Nims Bond, Alia Al-Tarab, and others.”
