Sam Raimi leak Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will change the character of Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch). The director said the sequel would teach the wizard to trust others.
“At the beginning of the film, he becomes someone who is very confident – maybe too much – feels he is the best at controlling all decisions,” Raimi said when meeting the media in Berlin, quoted from Screen Rant on Thursday (21/3) US time.
“He believes in himself the most, and doesn’t really trust other people,” he continued.
In the interview, Raimi said Doctor Strange would begin to learn to let go. The Multiverse of Madness is referred to as a life cycle that makes the magician realize to trust other people.
“And I think in this film, this little chapter in his life, he learned to let go a little bit,” Raimi said.
“It’s not all about him [dan] that he can trust other people.”
Doctor Strange in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is known as someone who always excels and is used to doing things on his own.
