Al-Marsad newspaper: The Digital Media Committee in the Riyadh Chamber revealed 6 cases in which an individual does not need to issue a reliable license.
She explained that these cases are represented in depicting daily life and the individual’s preferences of food, clothing and others, and travel lists for tourists in which the individual does not receive a financial or in-kind return.
She indicated that the cases also include a real estate broker licensed by the Real Estate Authority who promotes real estate under management, or valuation accounts for restaurants and cafes.
The license is also not issued to families producing or marketing private products, while the individual is obligated to issue the license in the event of taking in kind or material consideration such as gifts and other beneficiary commercial entities.
