Always accompanied by his guitar, Hugo explores and mixes this time electronic and folk sounds with more synth, brass, piano and strings.
Hugo Barriol is born in Saint-Etienne. It was while listening to his musician father rehearse in his grandparents’ cellar that he first caught the musical virus with drumsticks. It is then on the occasion of a road trip en Australie that he will become familiar with the guitar.
Bonne Nouvelle, Nation, Saint-Michel then Pigalle. His first scenes will indeed be the platforms of the Paris metro 5 hours a day, 5 hours a week. It was there that he was spotted by a producer and a record company.
He then leaves the metro for the studio from which he emerges with a first EP. Today it plays all over France and his last concert at the Café de danse in Paris was sold out.

Son nouvel album “Everywhere, Anywhere” was recorded from everywhere. In his van, on a road trip between Morocco, Spain, Portugal at the end of 2022; between his Parisian apartment and his hotel room in Dubai, or even in a friend’s studio or in his mother’s kitchen.
