In oncology, the challenge is to identify the best combination of molecules to offer new treatments that are as effective and as personalized as possible. But development programs are long and expensive because of the high number of possible combinations to test. Many of them fail.

Using artificial intelligence, the CombO project aims to develop an algorithm capable of evaluating the relevance of new combinations of molecules in immuno-oncology using real-life data.
It brings together the Léon-Bérard Center, Inria (National Institute for Research in Digital Science and Technology), Sanofi and the Health Data Hub, a public interest group comprising 56 stakeholders including CNAM, CNRS, France Assos Santé, etc.
