Al-Marsad newspaper: Al-Ekhbariya channel published a report on the inauguration of the Sodayem suburb project in Jeddah.
“The prices of residential units start at 750,000 riyals, and continue to rise according to the housing units in this suburb,” Khaled Al-Matrafi, the channel’s correspondent, said.
He continued, “The suburb of Sadeem is close to the Red Sea coast, regarding a quarter of an hour’s walk by car, as well as King Abdulaziz Airport and other services near it in Obhur.”
And he continued: “The suburb extends over an area of 3,800,000 square kilometers, which is a large number, and if we say today that the area of the stadium reaches 7,000 square kilometers, then the suburb is equivalent to more than 500 stadiums.
Regarding the most important vital sites next to this suburb, he said: “In front of us is the University of UBT, as well as the Digital Technical College for Girls, which is less than 10 minutes away, and the Red Sea Corniche is 15 minutes away, as well as Abdulaziz Airport, which is 30 minutes away, as well as King Abdulaziz University 50 minutes away.
