A strong position which echoes the proposed law currently debated in Parliament to combat discrimination in employment and housing. MEPs want to encourage the practice of individual tests (two identical CVs are sent where only the name, address, etc. differ) or statistics. In the latter case, this involves sending a very large number of fictitious applications to study the reaction of the target company or organization.
