Discussions in the Ministry of Justice about developing the forensic medicine system

Halima Ibrahim, Minister of Justice of the Government of National Unity, discussed with the directors of forensic medicine offices the development of the forensic medicine system and raising the level of performance of experts and doctors.

This came during the Minister’s meeting with the directors of the branches of the Judicial Expertise and Research Centers at the Ministry of Justice, in the presence of the head of the center. To keep abreast of the latest scientific developments and training.

The meeting also dealt with the need to provide technical and advisory support to enable prosecutors and courts to obtain judicial expertise reports and forensic medicine reports in a timely manner.

According to the Ministry of Justice, the meeting stressed the need to save time and effort and to bring distances closer to citizens in all parts of Libya for the proper functioning of justice and overcoming difficulties in all prosecutions and courts and assisting them in performing their work.
