Disney is slowly starting to recover

It’s been almost a year since Bob Iger returned to Disney. The entertainment giant’s difficulties persist, between streaming services in the red, a decline in traditional television and rather disappointing box office results. But its annual results, published Wednesday evening, show that the situation is starting to improve.

Parks and cruises continue to grow, and ESPN turned a profit last quarter. But the revenues of traditional television channels, including ABC, are declining, due to a decline in political in the United States in particular.
