This is a 136-room hotel recently operated by the m3 group in Etoy (VD). The establishment, named Afterwork, has a restaurant and seminar rooms, but no leisure area, contrary to what was originally planned. This space was to accommodate a park offering activities of team building to companies, or games to develop the team spirit of their employees. This project is currently at the heart of a dispute between, on the one hand, the m3 group and its boss Abdallah Chatila and, on the other, the Valais company which was to build and operate this leisure infrastructure, Henigma . The boss of the latter claims that m3 owes him nearly 400,000 francs since the beginning of 2022, which the Geneva group, also active in real estate or health, disputes.
The contract between the two parties, which The weather was able to consult, provides that Henigma would receive two “contributions” from the m3 group company responsible for this project, m3 H En Belle Vue.
