After 20 years of service at BH Rohrbach, 13 of which as deputy for his predecessor Wilbirg Mitterlehner, Valentin Pühringer is no stranger to the district. And yet it was something different when he was welcomed for the first time as district captain in front of a larger audience at the opening of the Bohemian Forest Fair at the weekend.
