Officials of the Vladimir region from the “Center for Management of City Roads” have applied for a public procurement website. They wanted to drive a car with a leather interior, an engine up to 310 hp, heated seats and steering wheel, climate control, acceleration to 100 km in 9 seconds and many other additions at the expense of the budget. Under the specified characteristics, the KIA K900 Sedan (Premium) was suitable.
This was noticed by local journalists of the Vladimirskiye Novosti website. After the publication in this edition, which was picked up by other media, officials changed their minds regarding buying such an expensive car with frills. The basis for the cancellation of the auction was a letter from the director of the “TsUGD” Yusupov.
