In the last few hours, the terrible case in the municipality of Mutatá, Antioquia, of a girl under 14 years of age who was raped by the relative of a school classmate, became known. The girl came to the house of her perpetrator to borrow a notebook from her friend, because she had to go ahead, when the subject took advantage of the situation to access her carnally.
According to the Attorney General’s Office, the incident occurred in the urban area of said municipality of Urabá, Antioquia, on March 5 of this year.

Girl was raped by a relative of a classmate
The girl would have come to her victimizer’s house to look for a notebook that her classmate was going to lend her so that she could get ahead of her grades and academic activities.
“According to the complaint, while the victim was waiting for her schoolmate and family member of the alleged aggressor, the man took her from behind and after covering her mouth, apparently he carnally agreed to her. Subsequently, the person investigated would have threatened to harm his parents if he told what happened, ”said the accusing body.
The perpetrator was captured this Saturday, July 8, by uniformed officers of the National Police when he was in the center of Medellín.
The Prosecutor’s Office asked a guarantee control judge to impose an insurance measure in a detention center on the 45-year-old man, as the alleged perpetrator of violent carnal access aggravated by being a victim under 14 years of age.
However, during the preliminary hearings, the subject did not agree to the charges brought by a prosecutor from the Gender Unit of the Antioquia Section, so he will have to face a trial.
