As you probably know, Legion archeology items are rotated. Some of them are more interesting than others and today, I offer you a little zoom on the Crown Jewels of Suramar.
The quest is taken, as always in this case, from Dariness the Learned in Dalaran in the Broken Isles. This sends you a little further north, to Suramar, to meet Tae’thelan Gette-le-sang. It is located in a small cave.
Tae’thelan invites you to collect the crown jewels. You must therefore take out your shovel and go from one excavation site to another to look for 6 Aellis Jewels.
These gems drop directly from your digs or from elite monsters that pop up from time to time when you loot artifacts. Be aware that this is very random. For my part, it took me 30 minutes to collect three of them… then five minutes for the last three.
In the end, you will be rewarded with the Crown Jewels of Suramar, a gray item that you can sell for 5,000 gold coins, which is not so bad, you will agree. You can do the quest until October 18, then you will have to wait until April 2024 to benefit from it.
