Officials from the Investigations Division of Crimes Against Public Health arrested a health specialist for stealing medical supplies for her private consultations.
The woman, identified as D. Daza Taborda (33), using her work as a gynecologist at the José Ignacio Baldo Hospital, better known as El Algodonal, in the city of Caracas, seized supplies and medications from the aforementioned health center, to carry out their private consultations, affecting the operation of the aforementioned public hospital.
After his arrest on Boulevard de Catia, several supplies and medicines owned by the Ministry for Health were found.
Being placed at the order of the 75th Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas.
