Nashville – Country superstar Dolly Parton (76) will be seen in a new Christmas film on NBC. The Christmas special, titled “Dolly Parton’s Mountain Magic Christmas,” is set at Parton’s Dollywood theme park near Tennessee’s Great Smoky Mountains, the broadcaster said. The musical is therefore designed as a film within a film: According to the announcement, the story takes place behind the scenes of a television production.
