The crews of the Municipal Works Directorate (DOM) began with the second social development project in the Nueva Esparta district, La Unión Norte, which consists of the improvement of the main street of the Los Ángeles neighborhood.
“Today the DOM begins the construction of this new street in the Los Ángeles neighborhood to leave a quality road. We found a destroyed municipality and now thanks to the support of President Nayib Bukele we are transforming it,” highlighted the current mayor of Nueva Esparta, Melba Meléndez.
This second project seeks to transform roads with a ballast surface into completely paved streets, an intervention that will benefit more than 300 Salvadorans who pass through this area.
