Donald Trump launches a second collection of NFTs. The former president of the United States hopes to meet with the same success, even if it means plunging the price of his first collection.
The former President of the United States, Donald Trump, is launching a new collection of NFTs bearing his image. News, because this is not the first time that the billionaire has embarked on the Web3 adventure. Indeed, in December 2022, the businessman released a first collection of 45,000 cards. Titled Trump Digital Trading Cards, this one sold out very quickly, at $99 each.
In the hope of repeating the feat, the former statesman is therefore releasing a “Series 2”. Note that, this time, the collection has 47,000 NFTs. A deliberate nod according to some observers, since Donald Trump intends to find his way back to the White House in 2024 to become… the 47th President of the United States.
Series 2 hits, Series 1 collapses
Concretely, the second series follows in the footsteps of its elder. The collection is minted on Polygon and each card is sold for $99.
