Al-Marsad newspaper: A contractor who owns the “Shafak Al-Bunyan Construction Projects Management” channel on YouTube revealed the defects of the wide views in one of the villas.
During the video, the contractor said: “A simple warning to the owners of villas and designs,” noting: “Here the wall has windows, and therefore it is excellent from an aesthetic point of view.”
He explained: “This view in the winter, spring and autumn is the most wonderful thing, and in the summer you will wish that you did not put it, so do not exaggerate because its cost is high, and I expect that the value of one meter is 600.”
He continued, “Glass is not in insulation like a block, as its insulation rate is very weak, and this area needs high air conditioning,” commenting: “Design views, but do not increase so as not to be damaged.”
