Dozens of cases of “monkeypox” have been monitored in this country

The health authorities in Portugal have monitored dozens of cases of “monkeypox” inside the country.

The Directorate General of Health in Portugal confirmed the discovery of 9 human cases of monkeypox virus, with a total of 23 confirmed cases so far.

In this context, several countries around the world have recorded infections with monkeypox virus, including: Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Spain and Sweden, as well as in the United States, Canada and Australia.
