Warnken gained media relevance last year, due to being one of the faces in the Rejection campaign in the constitutional plebiscite on September 4, after founding the Yellow Movement which is now in the process of becoming a political party.

In addition, Warnken -who declares himself to be from the center-left- was critical of the so-called “social outbreak”, especially due to the level of violence that, in his opinion, occurred in the protests.
