'Dr. Romantic 3' episode 12: Lee Sung Kyung contradicts his father for the first time, Professor Cha gets kicked out of Doldam?

In episode 11 Dr. Romantic 3 (Ethical medical teacher)MP Ko’s lawsuit against Doldam was dismissed, but she confirmed she would appeal. Previously, she also offered to drop the lawsuit and consider the central fund if Professor Cha was fired, but Mr. Kim refused. At the end of episode 10, when it was said that Cha Jin Man was just plan B of Doldam Hospital, a special call from Kang Dong Joo (the male lead of season 1 played by Yoo Yeon Seok) to Mr. Kim was also revealed. Will this special character return in episode 12? Dr. Romantic 3?
