Ms. Ratchada Thanadirek, Deputy Spokesperson for the Prime Minister’s Office, revealed that the Cabinet meeting (Cabinet) has approved the draft results document of the 56th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and related ministerial meetings, amounting to 15 copies. Draft documents will be signed and certified. at the 56th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting during 11-14 July 2023 in Jakarta hosted by the Republic of Indonesia.
For all 15 results documents, divided into 12 draft documents to be co-certified (adopt) and 3 draft documents to be signed as follows:

Ms. Ratchada said that all 15 documents to be certified and signed are not treaties under international law. and not a contract under section 178 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand as well as not being an act that has a binding effect on the next Cabinet because it is a draft document to show political intentions work with ASEAN Member States and Dialogue Partners to promote cooperation and expanding operations in various fields which is something that Thailand has been continuously working on
