Draw against Djurgården at Finnvedsvallen
The men took on Djurgårdens IF at Finnvedsvallen today in an intense and even match. The final score was 1-1, after an exciting second half where both teams fought hard to get all three points.
The first half was scoreless and marked by a struggle in midfield where both teams had difficulty creating really dangerous chances. In the second half it was scoreless for a long time, but in the 81st minute of the match Djurgården scored. In the last minute of the match, Värnamo got one last counterattack and equalized to 1-1 via Simon Thern. Immediately after the goal, the match was blown and Värnamo gets an important point in the table!
