San Francisco 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw was ejected from Sunday’s game against Philadelphia for putting his hands in front of the Eagles’ head of security.
Dom DiSandro, who is a constant presence on the Eagles sidelines whenever players are in public, separated Greenlaw from Eagles receiver DeVonta Smith after a pass reception. Greenlaw later hit DiSandro in the face with a closed fist.
Greenlaw was ejected from the game and DiSandro received a standing ovation from Eagles fans.
The game, won 42-19 by the 49ers, was a rematch of last season’s AFC championship game, won by the Eagles.
