Driver with alcohol concentration killed pedestrians and fled

When going to the above location, the bus collided with a pedestrian (who has not been identified) causing this person to die. After causing the accident, the driver of the vehicle left the scene.

It is known that the above-mentioned car is used to transport workers in Soc Trang province. This vehicle has expired from January 10, 2023 and the driver has a Class C driver’s license, but uses a suspected Class E driver’s license to operate the vehicle. Through the test, the driver’s breath had an alcohol concentration of 0.089 milligrams per liter of breathing air.
