During the verification process, the police agency determined that Mr. Thach Ma Ly (SN 1987, living in Tra Von B hamlet, Vinh Tan commune, Vinh Chau town, Soc Trang province) was the driver of a passenger car with BKS 84B. -004.95 traffic in the direction of Soc Trang – Hau Giang.
When going to the above location, the bus collided with a pedestrian (who has not been identified) causing this person to die. After causing the accident, the driver of the vehicle left the scene.
It is known that the above-mentioned car is used to transport workers in Soc Trang province. This vehicle has expired from January 10, 2023 and the driver has a Class C driver’s license, but uses a suspected Class E driver’s license to operate the vehicle.
