Drunk and violent, Johnny Depp demolishes a wardrobe in a video secretly filmed by Amber Heard

The defamation lawsuit brought by actor Johnny Depp against his ex-wife Amber Heard took an unexpected turn on Thursday.

During the legal proceedings of the dispute between Depp and Heard, the actor of Edward Scissorhands had to comment on an unflattering video of himself, where we see him pouring “a mega-pint of red wine” .

Footage secretly captured by defendant Amber Heard (who is counter-suing Depp for $100 million) indeed shows Depp, allegedly intoxicated and certainly angry, tearing down a kitchen cabinet.

In the video (ABOVE), Heard can be heard asking what’s going on, while a furious Depp kicks and punches a cabinet.

“All I did was say I’m sorry,” she said.

“Did something happen to you this morning? I don’t think so!” retorts the 58-year-old actor, before muttering a few sentences while pouring himself a huge glass of red wine.

He then calls Heard crazy, before realizing he is being filmed. Angry, he grabs the device and seems to throw it into the back of a room.

Asked about what he had just seen, Depp blamed his ex-spouse, claiming that he had been illegally filmed.

“I attacked a few cupboards, but I did not touch Miss Heard,” he defended himself.

When Amber Heard’s attorney asked if he was intoxicated at the time, he replied, “It’s a possibility.”

“Did you pour yourself a mega-pint of red wine?” inquired Master Rottenborn.

“A mega-pint? I poured myself a large glass of wine. I think it was necessary,” Depp explained.

The trial between Heard and Depp is far from over.

We remember that Amber Heard had accused Johnny Depp of domestic violence in a letter published in the Washington Postwhich the actor disputes and which prompted him to sue his ex for 50 million dollars.
