Weißkirchen – A drunk driver (25) rammed a fallen scooter driver (50) and a first aider on the B77 in Weißkirchen, Styria on Friday night. The man was killed and the woman was critically injured. A test on the driver of the car revealed moderate levels of alcohol. The 62-year-old was taken to the LKH Judenburg and then to the LKH Graz. The driver will be reported to the Leoben public prosecutor’s office for negligent homicide, the police said.
