A drunken evening turned sour for a 27-year-old resident of Baie-du-Tombeau on the evening of Thursday, October 6. After consuming seven bottles of beer, he allegedly, by accident, consumed water mixed with bleach.
The bottle was on a shelf in his kitchen. The young man, in very bad shape, was taken to the hospital where he underwent gastric lavage. His condition is considered stable.
