Although Apple CEO Tim Cook still has no plans to step down from his position, he said he has someone in mind who will one day replace him, reports albinfo.ch.
“I really want that person to be someone internal, from Apple,” Cook said during a podcast with Dua Lipa.
She asked him the question of who was in the running to succeed him as CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of the company.
However, Cook said, among other things, that he mightn’t imagine his life without being at Apple and that he didn’t seem to have any plans to leave anytime soon.
But the company, he says, has a plan B in case something happens before he’s ready to hand over the position.
