The Global Village, which opens every year on October 25, will welcome visitors for 194 days from October 18 this year. The Global Village officials informed that the season is starting earlier to give more sights and surprises to the visitors.

The celebrations at the Global Village will end on April 28 next year. The procedures including the registration of exhibition stalls are in progress. In the twenty-seventh season that ended on April 30, around 90 lakh visitors came to the global village. This season concluded with the beautiful moments of various country pavilions, food variety and shopping surprises. The award for the best design among the pavilions this year was won by the Indian Pavilion.
