Dubai Land Department Witnesses Record-Breaking Real Estate Transactions Worth Over 9.9 billion dirhams

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 9.9 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed this week recording 2502 pledges of allegiance at a value of 8.14 billion dirhams, including 378 pledges of allegiance to land at a value of three billion dirhams, and 2124 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas at a value of 5.13 billion dirhams.

The most important land sales came with a value of 285 million dirhams in the Wadi Al Safa 7 area, followed by a sale of 68 million dirhams in the second Al Quoz area.

The fifth region of Al-Habibiyah topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, as it recorded 133 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 363 million dirhams, followed by the second region of Al-Quoz, with 67 pledges of pledge of one billion dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale of 175 million dirhams came in the Business Bay area, the most important sale was followed by a sale of 97 million dirhams in the Al Nahda First area.

Al Barsha, south of the fourth district, topped the areas in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 207 sales at a value of 189 million dirhams, followed by the Dubai Marina area, with 158 sales at a value of 660 million dirhams.

Mortgages recorded a value of 1.53 billion dirhams, including 75 mortgages for land at a value of 428.09 million dirhams and 390 mortgages for villas and apartments at a value of 1.1 billion dirhams. As for donations, 63 donations were registered, with a value of 264.56 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the fourth Al Thanyah area, with a value of 65.22 million dirhams.
