With a constellation of partnerships with renowned star chefs in its worldwide collection of luxury resorts and hotels, Kerzner International has long been considered an innovator in the culinary field. After setting a Dubai dining precedent with the opening of Atlantis The Royal, Kerzner is now gearing up to unveil Dubai’s boldest new dining destination, set to take up residence at One Za’abeel.
A monumental icon, The Link is the longest cantilever in the world, perched between the two towers of One Za’abeel. It will offer a portfolio of world-renowned chefs, bringing together 11 unique culinary concepts in an exceptional location.
A unique experience of French gastronomy at La Dame de Pic, by Anne-Sophie Pic, the most starred chef in the world. The chef will present her cuisine, characterized by her creative approach, Impregnation, a permanent search for balance between the power of tastes and the delicacy of expression. Celebrating Cordoba’s culinary history, Paco Morales’ Qabu offers contemporary Moorish gastronomy. Paco Morales, who earned two Michelin stars, is known for his dynamic approach to Andalusian gastronomy. Sagetsu with Tetsuya Wakuda will showcase traditional and modern Japanese cuisine. This three-Michelin starred chef marries classic French techniques with the Japanese philosophy of using natural and seasonal flavors to achieve a high level of refinement. DuangDy by Bo.Lan, by the duo Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones, celebrates the most avant-garde Thai cuisine in Bangkok. Their Michelin-starred restaurant, Bo.Lan, made it to the list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants and was also able to make a name for itself thanks to its sustainability philosophy.
Arrazuna by Mehmet Gürs will serve vibrant culinary creations from the Levant and the Arabian Peninsula within an upscale market and lobby, with eight open kitchens and delis. The starred chef is known for his innovative Anatolian gastronomy. The international street food restaurant, StreetXO by Dabiz Muñoz offers a unique concept that consists of serving haute cuisine dishes in an informal atmosphere far removed from conventions. Celebrated as one of Madrid’s most unconventional chefs, he draws inspiration from around the world, has three Michelin stars and has been named the world’s best chef for the past two years.
One&Only’s in-house concepts remain at the heart of One Za’abeel. The Sphere at The Link will give the city’s nightlife a boost. This chic destination bar will offer panoramic views, creative cocktails, sommelier-selected wines and captivating entertainment. Tapasake, perched atop The Link, with access to the longest infinity pool in the UAE as well as luxurious cabanas, will serve contemporary Japanese-Peruvian gastronomy and cocktails, against the backdrop of breathtaking views of the skyline of Dubai. At The Garden, on level 4, Andaliman will offer a discovery of the bold flavors of the Indonesian archipelago in an immersive atmosphere.
