Dubai: The number of expats who got jobs in the private sector has crossed 80,000 since the indigenization was made mandatory. The Ministry of Human Resources and Indigenization said that the companies will cooperate with the government measures to achieve the goal of indigenization.
Compared to 2018, there is a 3-fold increase in the number of natives in the private sector. In 2018, there were 27,055 natives.
