Dutch Defense Minister Ruben Breckelmans has arrived in Ukraine for an unannounced visit. He visited Kharkiv.

He wrote that he saw the consequences of massive Russian bombings in Kharkiv.
“Destroyed homes. Power failure. How children learn in bunkers. Ukraine can only protect itself from this in one way – by keeping the Russian Federation at a greater distance,” the minister emphasized.
