Waalwijk – The game between the Dutch first division clubs RKC Waalwijk and Ajax Amsterdam was abandoned on Saturday evening in the 84th minute due to a serious hit to the head by Waalwijk’s goalkeeper Etienne Vaessen. The keeper collapsed and remained motionless. After resuscitation measures, Vaessen quickly regained consciousness and was responsive.
