Dnevnik.hr, which translates to “diary”, also quotes residents who probably wrote things like: “An earthquake” or “shocks and slight tremors”. According to the Richter scale, the earthquake was said to have had a magnitude of 2.9. On the EMS scale, the so-called intensity scale, it is said to have been a “three to four”. The scale has twelve levels. Level three to four means that it was weak to clear, i.e. perceived by some people, as the quotes also show. So far there has been no mention of injuries.

In Bavaria, the six-week school holidays begin on July 28 with the last school gong, and Croatia is also a popular travel destination for many residents of the Free State. Even some negative headlines like exorbitant prices for cevapcici and fries and the forest fires near Dubrovnik will probably not deter holidaymakers from traveling to southern Europe. However, drivers should be careful on the way, because there is a risk of traffic jams and long waiting times due to the high volume of traffic the other question is whether a stop at a service area is worthwhile.
