Earthquake off Taiwan’s east coast – World Chronicle

Taipei – A magnitude 4.6 earthquake struck off Taiwan’s sparsely populated east coast on Sunday, the island’s seismological service said. The quake was barely felt on the island itself. The epicenter of the earthquake was in the sea off Taitung County at a depth of 16.5 km.
