Earthquakes in Turkey and Syria: The death toll has exceeded 25,000 | Life

According to updated data from both Turkey and Syria, the number of people killed in the terrible earthquake disaster on February 6 in the two countries has now reached more than 25,000 people (of which in Turkey is 21,848 people and in Syria 3,553 people), in addition the number of people injured injured more than 85,000 people.

The DHA news agency said Turkish police had arrested 12 people in connection with collapsed buildings in the southeastern provinces of Gaziantep and Sanliurfa, among them construction contractors.
