Edisun Power shareholders approve all board proposals at 2023 general meeting
The ordinary general meeting of Edisun Power Europe SA took place on Friday April 21, 2023. All the proposals of the board of directors were approved by a large majority. A total of 67 shareholders participated in the general meeting, representing, together with the independent representative, 72.9% of the share capital with voting rights.
Horst H. Mahmoudi (Chairman), Fulvio Micheletti, Reto Klotz, José-Luis Chorro López and Marc Klingelfuss were re-elected to the Board of Directors for another one-year term.
The general meeting approved the allocation of a dividend of CHF 1.60 per share, taken from reserves from capital contributions, which will be paid on April 27, 2023.
The board of directors and the management thank the shareholders for their clear approval and for the confidence they have shown in them.

The next ordinary general meeting will take place on April 26, 2024 in Zurich.
