Lhe political parties are on the move, but the Transition is obsessed with blackouting their activities. The latest incidents and those to come risk polluting the atmosphere and reviving the hidden stakes of this ban on the activities of political parties by the authorities of the Transition.

The CDP has just paid the price. The Ministry of Territorial Administration issued a warning for having held a session of its executive office, while the terms of the MPSR2 communiqué n°3 suspending the activities of political parties are still in force.

The UPC was forced to cancel the meeting of the national political bureau, when the authority reminded it of the suspension of partisan activities. But, the latter does not want to stop there and has decided to sue. It is a good thing to show disagreement with authority in this way. This referral to the administrative judge will make it possible to gauge the legality of this decision vis-à-vis the Constitution which has been restored and which guarantees a certain number of freedoms to citizens. But beyond that, and this is what a good part of the public expects, there are the underlying reasons for this suspension. However, we must avoid ostracizing political parties; they are also an emanation of the people.
