EDUFORM’ACTION (MLEFA), an entrepreneurial group developing in the initial and continuing training market, announces the appointment of Pascale ETEMAD as Director of Business Development.

Pascale ETEMAD was previously Director of Development of the training sector of the French Red Cross and head of her CFA, then Executive Director at Assisteal Formation.
Pascale started her career as a project manager at UNESCO (1994) and at Transtec (Belgium). In 1998, she joined the group Demos of which she became Director of the “public sector” department (2011-2017), after having been Associate Director in charge of the creation and development of several subsidiaries of the group, in the Benelux for the training of European civil servants as well as in the Middle East . In 2017, Pascale took on the role of Vice-President Training & Consulting at Dynacentrix, then it integrates OPCA DEFi as Director of service offering, projects and partnerships before joining the
French Red Cross (2020) then Assisteal Formation (2022).
Pascale ETEMAD is certified in the “Young Manager’s, Business Administration and Management, general” program of l’INSEAD (2004) and graduated with a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Services Management from l’ISCG Paris (2018).
