During the period from January to March, the Specialized Unit in Ethics and Prevention of Conflicts of Interest, belonging to the Comptroller’s Secretariat, notified the receipt of eight complaints of sexual and/or workplace harassment and harassment.
So far this year, the unit carried out 25 awareness-raising, consultancy, support and evaluations aimed at the Ethics and Conflict of Interest Prevention Committees in various departments, entities and agencies of the state government, so among the benefited institutions They include the DIF Hidalgo System, the Attorney General’s Office and the State Commission for Attention to Victims, among others.
The goal by the end of 2024 is for this action to have been implemented in at least 90 agencies, entities and organizations of the Executive Branch.
In this way, it seeks to promote transparent and ethical public management based on values.
By providing advice in this regard, internal control mechanisms are strengthened and situations that could lead to conflicts of interest or acts of corruption can be prevented.
